Project X Construction was given the oppurtunity to complete this project, these were the main stages of construction,

Project X Construction has rebuilt this project in stages to avoid City Restrictions to the location of this structure. This process allows customers to evade City's future requirements allowing for options.
Previous pool deck had patio stones in place, allowing water to infiltrate surrounding pool soils on a raised pool with retaining wall, to be subjected to frost damage over time to the wall. Project X Construction had constructed a concrete pool surface with drainage and surrounding concrete curb to stop neighbouring water flow and existing water issues to damage existing compaction and wall stress. Project X Construction used a high quality commercial drainage system from "Form and Build" and 6" concrete thickness of 32MPa concrete with quarry stone with 6 gage wire mess.
Project X Construction was given the oppurtunity to construct a retaining wall that complimented the old Swiss styling of the home to accomodate for a deck area in the rear and in the front.
